Get to Know the Role

As part of the Regional GrabAds leadership team, you will lead and partner with a portfolio of large, enterprise advertisers and media agencies to drive commercial growth for GrabAds. You will manage a team and maintain a quarterly sales and performance target. You’ll also play the leading role in shaping the future of our Agencies business and report directly to the Regional Head of Enterprise Sales.

This role will be based in Singapore and on-site at the Grab OneNorth office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Lead, manage and grow a portfolio of key Agency Partnerships across the region
  • Secure short term strategic campaigns, negotiate long term joint business plans with both advertisers and agencies
  • Run effective training, content and learning program for media agencies
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, account development plans for key advertisers and agencies
  • Be the key point of contact to build and strengthen high level relationships with agencies
  • Lead and mentor a team of high performing, experienced Agency Partners
  • Hit and exceed quarterly sales and business performance targets
