AGC Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. seeks a regional business development leader to drive growth in Asia and Oceania. Lead strategic planning, conduct market and competitor analyses, and translate findings into actionable initiatives for management.

The role requires building technical-commercial proposals, coordinating with architects, contractors and distributors, and managing partnership performance across multiple countries. Strong Japanese and glass-industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
• 4–6 years in sales and B2B business development, incl. technical/solution sales.
• 2+ years in business or corporate planning, feasibility studies or capacity analysis.
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1) for reports and coordination with HQ.
• Strong knowledge of architectural glass products and applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional business development and strategic planning across Asia and Oceania.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and translate into recommendations.
• Develop technical-commercial proposals for project stakeholders and partners.
• Manage distributors and channel partners; monitor performance and risks.
• Support annual and medium-term business plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate capacity and supply-chain priorities with production and HQ.
• Prepare monthly management reports for MD and HQ.
• Support portfolio optimisation and cross-functional strategic projects.
