Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales and Account professional to provide strategic and commercial advisory support for regional business growth and market expansion. The role involves analyzing opportunities, developing strategic recommendations and supporting the implementation of growth initiatives.

Note - This role does not have commissions. A discretionary bonus may be awarded at year-end based on performance and company results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.
Up to 3 years of experience in business consulting, business development, strategy, market research or regional operations.
International Market Experience is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communicationskills.
Ability to analyze business information and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Experience working across regional or international markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Analyse market trends, business performance and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Develop business strategies, market-entry plans and regional expansion recommendations.
Conduct commercial analysis and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve business performance, customer acquisition and operational effectiveness.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor results.
