Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking an Affiliate & Growth Networks Specialist to own the end-to-end partner ecosystem from Singapore. You will target high-net-worth and high-volume users, onboarding alpha groups and KOLs to wealth.blockchain.com, while expanding the broader affiliate network for retail products and token launches.

You will craft bespoke commission structures, manage tracking and payouts, and relentlessly pursue partnerships across Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and more.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or growth partnerships within Web3/crypto

Responsibilities

Own acquisition strategy for high-net-worth and high-volume users, targeting alpha groups and VIP traders.
Scale affiliate network to drive volume into retail products and token launches.
Perform direct outreach across social channels and private chats to build partner relationships.
Design, launch, and monitor incentive programs with flawless tracking and payouts.
Monitor competitor offers and structure superior, unrejectable deals.
