Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an ambitious Fragrance Development Manager or Senior Fragrance Development Manager based in Singapore (or Bangkok) to join the regional Consumer Fragrances team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge perfumers, Marketing, and commercial teams to win briefs and expand our market footprint across Personal Wash and Fabric Care categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years for FDM level / 6–10 years for Senior FDM level in fragrance development.
• Strong olfactive evaluation skills and market awareness.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead fragrance evaluation and brief management for key regional accounts.
• Translate market insights into fragrance collections.
• Conduct evaluations with Perfumers to optimize performance.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and client discussions.
• Senior level: drive category strategy and mentor juniors.
