We are seeking an ambitious Fragrance Development Manager or Senior Fragrance Development Manager based in Singapore OR Bangkok, Thailand to join the regional Consumer Fragrances team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the creative and technical bridge between Perfumers, Marketing, and commercial teams to win customer briefs and expand our market footprint across Personal Wash and Fabric Care categories.

• Lead fragrance evaluation and brief management for key regional customer accounts.
• Translate market insights, olfactory trends, and consumer preferences into winning fragrance collections.
• Conduct olfactive evaluations with Perfumers to optimize fragrance performance across various product bases.
• Lead creative workshops, fragrance presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
• For Senior levels: Drive category strategy, oversee technical delivery systems (e.g., encapsulation), and mentor junior team members.

Reporting to the Regional Fragrance Development Director, you will join a highly collaborative, passionate team of Evaluators, Perfumers, Application Technologists, Sales and Marketers. The work culture is dynamic and hands-on, offering high visibility, international exposure, and significant autonomy in managing projects.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience (for FDM level) / 6-10 years of experience (for Senior FDM level) in fragrance development, olfactive evaluation, or product development within Consumer Fragrances (Personal Care, Personal Wash, or Home Care/Fabric Care).
• Strong passion for fragrances, acute nose/olfactive assessment ability, and solid commercial market awareness.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience in Fabric Care bases/technologies or Personal Wash development is a strong advantage.
