L’Oréal Singapore is seeking a Group Product Manager for LID to lead the fragrance portfolio's growth strategy. You will guide a team of Product Managers to connect brand ambition with local execution, partnering with external distributor partners based in Singapore.

You’ll define strategic direction, translate it into compelling marketing plans, propose A&P strategies for brands, and align distributor spending to build showroom impact and drive sell-out in regional markets.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a local subsidiary or operational marketing role in luxe beauty.
• Experience in fragrance category is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate brand strategies for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for multiple fragrance brands.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring equity and differentiating plans by brand positioning.
• Maintain consumer insight and monitor market trends to drive competitive edge.
• Lead PDAC cycle: plan, do, analyze, correct, and optimize sell-out results.
• Collaborate with external distributor partners and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions with a test-and-learn mindset.
