Job summary

IFF seeks a Scent Design Manager in Singapore to lead fragrance strategy and creative direction in a hybrid on-site role. You will guide perfumers, align with customer needs and market trends, and drive innovation while considering regulatory and cost constraints.

You will manage cross-functional projects, share insights, and build strong client relationships to advance scent design across categories.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing or related field.
• 8–10 years of international experience in a fragrance/ingredients environment.
• Strong olfactive communication and ability to guide the creative process.

Responsibilities

• Develop fragrance strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Lead the creative fragrance development process and guide perfumers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress and meet deadlines.
• Apply market, consumer and brand insights to drive innovation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cost efficiency in material choices.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships through presentations.
• Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in fragrance design.
