Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical service across Southeast Asia from Singapore.

You will install, commission, and service complex equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The role requires a Degree in Engineering and a minimum of four years in Field Service within semiconductor/electronics/instruments industries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 4 years of Field Service experience.
• Experience in Semiconductor/Electronics/Instruments industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical service and field support across Southeast Asia.
• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and validate equipment at customer sites.
• Support business expansion through technical consultation and application support.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and process issues using service tools.
