Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Service Engineer in Singapore to join a dynamic team and directly impact customer satisfaction through expert technical support and equipment installation. You will install and commission equipment on-site, train users, and troubleshoot semiconductor systems to ensure optimal performance.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, at least 2 years in semiconductor equipment servicing, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience servicing semiconductor equipment, esp. pre-assembly processes.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to explain tech clearly.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Resourceful and independent with motivation and integrity.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Provide technical training for operation, setup and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to semiconductor equipment.
• Deliver after-sales technical support and field service.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate sales and service activities.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and assess needs.
• Identify and promote potential sales leads for materials opportunities.
