Qualifications

• Experience with plasma etching and plasma deposition systems preferred.
• Team player with excellent people/relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, and courteous field service and technical product support.
• Perform equipment installation based on manufacturing specification.
• Document tool issues and develop troubleshooting cases.
