Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, commission and qualify semiconductor equipment at customer sites. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues and provide on-site training, traveling locally and internationally as needed.

The role requires a diploma/degree in relevant fields with 2–5 years of field service experience, strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel to customer facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in field service, semiconductor equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and technical drawings.
• Semiconductor equipment experience is highly preferred.
• Willing to travel and work on-site at customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and qualify semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, vacuum and software-related issues.
• Conduct equipment testing, calibration and performance checks.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications and improvement projects.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Travel locally and overseas as required.
