As a Regional Sales Director at Lucanet, you will lead, by iteratively building and coaching, a high-performing team of Account Executives across Singapore and neighboring Asian markets. You\'ll be responsible for driving exceptional results across all stages of the sales cycle—from pipeline generation to deal closure—while shaping and executing the regional go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example and embodies our sales values: someone who \'runs toward the fire\' (i.e., takes challenges head on), owns outcomes, and raises the bar for others. You\'ll foster a high-trust, high-accountability environment where your team is empowered to take initiative, learn fast, and deliver results. You\'ll coach your team to build executive-level relationships, navigate complex deals, and consistently hit performance targets—while effectively collaborating cross-functionally to align with Lucanet\'s broader business goals.
