Job summary

RMA Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior sales leader to drive market development for PDUs and power distribution cabinets in the data center sector. The role requires travel within Malaysia and includes 15–30 days of onboarding at the China workplace.

You will develop end-user customers, build channel partnerships, and work with the technical team on tailored solutions, tenders, and negotiations, while managing full project cycles and guiding regional sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of relevant sales experience including team or key account management.
• Familiar with data center power products and channel sales are preferred.
• Willingness to travel and manage complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development and sales of PDUs and power distribution cabinets in the data center sector and achieve annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain end-user customers, including IDC operators, internet and cloud providers, financial institutions, government, and enterprise data centers; build relationships with system integrators, EPC contractors, and design consultants.
• Understand customers’ data center power distribution requirements, and work with the technical team on solution design, technical presentations, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the full project cycle, from identifying needs to quotation, contract signing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence (e.g., Eaton, Schneider Electric, Vertiv) and provide input on product planning and pricing.
• Lead and develop the sales team and help shape regional sales strategy.
