Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a Regional Data Centre Director for Southeast Asia to lead 24x7 data centre operations, drive strategic improvements and manage budgets with a focus on uptime and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with DC Directors and site teams, coordinate with vendors, and present performance metrics to senior management. Strong leadership and budget experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a critical facilities environment.
• 3+ years directly managing employees.
• Procurement and contract negotiation experience.
• Leadership & communication skills – ability to interpret complex docs.
• Ability to draft SOPs, incident reports, RCA, CAPEX/OPEX forecasts/OMs.
• Experience with CAPEX/OPEX budgets and variance analysis.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data centre operations to achieve 24x7 uptime and SLA compliance.
• Provide support to Data Centre Directors and site teams for emergency responses and root cause analysis.
• Develop strategic operational improvements and report metrics to management.
• Manage contracts with vendors (FM, Smart Hands, security) and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for OPEX/CAPEX.
• Present business cases and operational improvements to leadership.
