Kerry Consulting represents a leading international client in seeking a Regional Technical Services Manager (Food Ingredients) based in Singapore. The role combines hands-on dairy technical work with strategic market insights to support customers and distributor partners across Asia.

Applicants should bring strong dairy category knowledge and a proven track record in regional technical service or application development.

Qualifications

Experienced food technologist or applications professional with a strong track record in regional technical service, application development or customer technical support within the dairy category.
Direct experience working for a dairy ingredients company is advantageous but not essential; transferable expertise in dairy formulations, processing and applications.
Able to operate at hands-on and strategic level, working with customers on technical challenges while understanding market trends.
Strong customer engagement and presentation skills; experience working with distributors and cross-functional teams; ability to operate across different Asian markets.
Based in Singapore with regular regional travel.

Responsibilities

Serve as a regional technical expert, providing technical support and developing application solutions across the dairy category.
Work with customers and distributors to deliver hands-on formulations, trials, demonstrations and troubleshooting.
Identify new application and market opportunities across Asia and train distributor partners.
Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to align technical priorities with business goals.
Travel regionally for customer engagement and distributor development.
