You will lead complex credit submissions and collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure sound risk decisions across the region. The role requires deep credit expertise, the ability to challenge risk parameters, and the motivation to mentor junior colleagues within a high-stakes, regulatory-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or credit.
• Candidates from Leveraged Finance, Mezzanine Finance, Structured Finance or Private Debt/Private Credit moving into regional mid-market are encouraged to apply.

• Collaborate with commercial and advisory teams to structure and execute complex deals that align with client needs and risk frameworks.
• Prepare, critically evaluate, and present comprehensive credit submissions to senior approval forums to influence credit outcomes.
• Review, negotiate, and validate transaction documentation to confirm compliance with approved risk parameters and regulatory standards.
• Exercise independent and sound credit judgment, providing effective challenge to uphold robust risk discipline.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues by sharing expertise and guiding their credit analysis and decision-making skills.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or credit
• Candidates who come from Leveraged Finance, Mezzanine Finance, Structured Finance or Private Debt/Private Credit and looking to move into a regional, mid-market scope are encouraged to apply!
