Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced credit analyst to join a permanent headcount in the banking team. You will manage a portfolio of structured, project, and blended finance transactions, prepare risk assessments and applications, and engage with Credit and origination peers to ensure timely approvals.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 years in credit analysis and portfolio management, with strong judgment on complex structures and clear communication with senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in credit analysis and portfolio management, with structured/project finance as a core strength; digital infrastructure exposure a plus.
• Strong credit judgment across complex capital structures, collateral pools, and bespoke financing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior stakeholders, credit committees, and control functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit applications, risk assessments, and financial/sensitivity analyses for a portfolio of structured, project, and blended finance transactions
• Distil complex credit structures into clear, approver-ready applications
• Manage timely circulation, review, and approval of credit applications and consent requests
• Partner closely with Credit and origination teams; respond promptly to credit-related queries
• Provide regular portfolio updates and escalate material risks to Team Lead/Head of CPM
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across the portfolio; support audit and remediation efforts
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to regulators, head office, and internal stakeholders
• Work both independently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge and best practice
