Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd invites applications for a VP, Credit Portfolio Management, focused on structured, project and blended finance transactions, with digital infrastructure exposure a plus. Based in Singapore, you will lead complex credit analyses and coordinate cross-functional approvals.

You will manage risk assessments, financial modelling, and stakeholder communications with senior committees, regulators, and head office, ensuring timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in credit analysis and portfolio management with structured finance as core strength.
• Strong credit judgment across complex capital structures and collateral pools.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, cashflow projections and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience with senior stakeholders, credit committees and control functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit applications, risk assessments, and analyses for structured, project, and blended finance transactions.
• Distil complex credit structures into approver-ready applications.
• Manage circulation, review, and approval of credit applications and consent requests.
• Partner with Credit and origination teams; respond to credit-related queries.
• Provide portfolio updates and escalations.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across the portfolio; support audit and remediation efforts.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to regulators, head office, and internal stakeholders.
• Work independently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge and best practices.
