Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Program Specialist, Contingent Workforce to drive delivery and continuous improvement of regional workforce programs across multiple markets. You will advise stakeholders, manage governance, and partner with MSPs to enhance compliance and service quality.

The role emphasizes solving complex operational challenges, leveraging AI and automation to improve processes, and delivering measurable program outcomes in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contingent workforce management or related fields.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives, process improvement, or change management programs.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with experience advising business leaders on operational matters.
• Experience working with MSPs, staffing suppliers, VMS, or HR systems.
• Strong program coordination capabilities, including ownership of timelines, documentation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country workforce programs, including supplier governance, compliance, and due diligence activities.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation solutions, or emerging technologies that enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal stakeholders on extended workforce policies, processes, and operational matters.
• Independently investigate and resolve complex operational issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Partner with managed service providers and suppliers to improve service quality, compliance, and operational outcomes.
• Manage program administration, governance controls, due diligence activities, and documentation.
• Develop clear and effective communications for stakeholders, service providers, and suppliers.
• Support regional projects, process improvements, audits, workforce transitions, and technology implementations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports on workforce performance, compliance, risks, and program effectiveness.
• Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall ways of working.
