You will report to the global HQ and design, implement, and governance total rewards programmes to attract, engage, and retain talent. Close collaboration with HR business partners, Finance, and senior leadership is essential to drive performance.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies across 11 countries.
• Lead annual salary review, benchmarking, and merit recommendations.
• Oversee APAC benefits administration and wellbeing initiatives.
• Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with HRBp, Finance and senior leadership to align with business goals.
