Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) seeks an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee regional rewards initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia, covering compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, benefits administration, HR analytics and compliance.

The role focuses on developing competitive compensation and benefits programmes, driving data-informed decisions, and aligning with market practices and regulations to attract and retain talent.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards with regional exposure.
• Experience managing Singapore and Malaysia compensation programmes.
• Strong salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review compensation policies, programmes and practices.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys and analyses.
• Coordinate annual salary reviews, merit increases and market adjustments.
• Manage benefits programmes including medical, insurance, wellness and leave benefits.
• Prepare HR analytics reports and dashboards to inform decisions.
