foodpanda Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager for Logistics Optimization to lead cross-market initiatives that improve delivery performance, cost efficiency, and customer experience across 16 markets in EU, APAC, and Turkey. You will partner with Product, Tech and Data teams to design scalable tools and drive execution with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of logistics, operations, or similar roles in tech, mobility, or delivery.
• Experience leading complex, multi-market optimization initiatives at scale.
• Data-driven approach with SQL proficiency; capable of self-serve analytics.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across diverse markets and teams.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo; fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative/STEM field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategy for QCommerce logistics translating needs into scalable solutions.
• Influence prioritization and investment through data-driven business cases for senior leadership.
• Partner with Product, Tech and Data to shape tools, integrations and system capabilities.
• Translate complex operational data into clear insights and executive-ready narratives.
• Drive large-scale optimization initiatives with measurable cost, speed and reliability impact.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance, service levels and cost efficiency; identify risks.
• Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure aligned execution.
