TableCheck is seeking a Customer Success professional to grow and ensure success with our restaurant clients. You will interact with new and existing customers, build loyalty, and expand product usage.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact results. You will drive loyalty, adoption, and long-term partnerships by understanding our clients, guiding product evolution discussions, and delivering compelling case studies and value

Qualificações

• Presentation and storytelling skills for client meetings and proposals.
• Ability to analyze charts and data to derive insights.
• Experience building relationships with client stakeholders, even in difficult situations.
• Curiosity and empathy to understand how processes and products work.
• Proven project management experience with multiple stakeholders and milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer perceptions of our product and plan improvements over time.
• Build mental models of product attributes relevant to customer success.
• Identify gaps, prioritize them, and communicate them clearly internally.
• Engage key regional stakeholders to align on ways of working and objectives.
• Develop partnerships with market sales and customer support teams.
• Conduct calls with strategic customers for honest feedback and recovery strategies.
• Identify customers for case studies and collaborate with marketing on narratives.
• Monitor contract renewal dates and drive renewals.
• Create QBRs for customers and internal stakeholders with strategic updates.
