Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior reinsurance broking and management roles with Singapore/SEA experience.
• Proven track record in business development, client management and complex placements.
• Deep understanding of global reinsurance markets, structures, and trading dynamics.
• Lead with leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Extensive experience in leading and managing a team in broking.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional broking strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Lead complex risk placements, structuring, and negotiations across reinsurance programs
• Drive commercial performance, portfolio optimisation, and new business development initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and scale regional broking teams
