KOREAN AIR LINES COMPANY LIMITED in Singapore seeks a strategic Regional Cargo Leader to drive revenue growth by designing and executing high-impact sales, marketing, and yield-management strategies.

You will oversee a regional cargo team, strengthen partnerships with shippers and freight forwarders, manage credit risk and compliance, provide commercial intelligence to HQ, and ensure operations meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of senior-level management.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the air cargo industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• In-depth knowledge of global and regional air cargo markets, with exceptional communication and relationship-building across all management levels.
• Advanced proficiency in data sourcing, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
