CS & Clarks is seeking a General Manager for Cargo Operations in Singapore who can join immediately. You will lead day-to-day cargo activities, drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of professionals to achieve targets.

The role requires extensive experience in cargo operations, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing performance in a fast-paced setting. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of X years of experience in cargo operations, logistics, or a related field, with at least Y years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing cargo operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of cargo handling procedures, regulations, and safety standards.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations with a solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in cargo management software and other relevant technologies.
