MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned senior regional leader to oversee air freight forwarding operations across multiple markets in Singapore. You will drive growth, profitability, and service quality while standardising processes and implementing scalable international frameworks.

Responsibilities include leading CargoWise rollout with IT, ensuring quality governance, and driving Lean improvements. Strong cross-functional collaboration and regulatory awareness are essential for success.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in air freight forwarding, logistics or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of air freight forwarding operations and CargoWise or comparable freight management systems.
• Working knowledge of IATA, RA3, customs and relevant quality standards.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and change programmes across multiple markets.
• Strong strategic, analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate operating models into practical, scalable solutions across different markets.

• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely updates to SOPs, processes and training.
• Manage key customer and stakeholder relationships while identifying and mitigating operational, compliance and systems risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional air freight forwarding operations and performance across multiple markets, driving growth, profitability, service quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in process design, operational transformation and continuous improvement; Lean/Six Sigma experience is advantageous.
