Job summary

Dyson Singapore, at the Technology Centre, seeks a Regional Programme Lead to shape the long-term capital projects pipeline and coordinate estates delivery across the region. You will drive proactive planning, governance, and programme assurance to ensure value-for-money outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Programme Management roles.
• Proven success leading pipeline of capital works in property sector.
• Experience coordinating regional capital projects and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term Capital Projects programme strategy.
• Lead integrated Estates team to deliver value-for-money projects.
• Coordinate multi-year regional programme planning and handover.
• Mentoring and training of project disciplines as required.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including cost/risk/design management.
• Support procurement and contract management with governance alignment.
