Dyson Singapore is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead Team CTO Strategy Implementation from our headquarters at St. James Power Station. You will drive stability, effectiveness, and growth by guiding transformation projects across functions and collaborating with Dyson teams.

Qualifications

Significant experience in management consultancies or product/engineering-led organisations.
Strong understanding of product development, engineering and engineering organizations.
Proven track record in identifying and resolving problems with an analytical and structured approach.
Deep understanding of programme management; PMI/APM qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Team CTO Strategy Implementation to achieve stability, effectiveness, and growth.
Identify and drive transformation and improvement projects across Team CTO and other Dyson functions.
Identify leads and contributors within Team CTO to deliver projects and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Maintain clear progress narratives on risks and opportunities of the Strategy Implementation Programme.
Support regular cadence across the business (CTO Leadership/Management/All Hands meetings, etc.).
