Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Programme Management roles.
• Experience leading pipeline of capital works in the property sector.
• Demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders within a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term Capital Projects programme strategy.
• Lead regional delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery and value for money.
• Coordinate project governance, reporting, and risk/issue management across regions.
• Mentor and develop disciplines as part of the Estates team.
• Ensure robust commercial and contract management for project execution.
