Job summary

Dyson Institute seeks a Regional Programme Lead to define the long-term pipeline strategy for capital projects and to coordinate regional delivery teams across the Estates function. You will oversee planning, due diligence, and reporting to ensure value for money against the business case, while driving health and safety, risk, and capital efficiency targets.

You will mentor project delivery teams, interface with procurement and enablement leads, and ensure robust controls and timely handovers

Qualifications

15+ years in Programme Management roles.
Experience leading Large Scale Capital Projects and programmes.
Experience in programme management within commercial property.
Due diligence experience.
Risk and opportunity management experience.
Cost estimating experience.
Project controls and commercial controls management experience.

Responsibilities

Long term Capital Projects programme strategy development and integration within Estates.
Accountability for multi-year regional programme planning, delivery, handover and governance.
Coordinate and due diligence of project teams’ reporting (safety, schedule, cost, risk, design).
Support procurement with robust commercial and contract management.
