Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in business management, sales support, project coordination, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare management presentations and reports.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Solid communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
• Flexible and resilient team player with high integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work.
• Eager to learn and develop, with a hands-on attitude and willingness to support a broad range of operational and business management activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management materials for meetings, committees, leadership forums, and reviews.
• Prepare management reports, updates, and executive presentations from multiple sources.
• Produce sales and business performance analyses and ad hoc reports for decision-making.
• Act as central coordinator for senior management requests and deadlines.
• Maintain organizational charts and support projects and ad hoc operational tasks.
