Julius Baer in Singapore seeks an Investment Support Specialist to bolster the Investment Campaigns & Communications team. You will coordinate bi-weekly MM Asia and weekly MM ME, support forums, fund updates, studio webcasts, and client events, while ensuring compliance and risk management.

You will develop strong relationships with investment, research, and product teams, handle logistics, and drive process improvements to deliver efficient outcomes in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MM Asia and MM ME agendas, materials, and summaries.
• Support internal investment forums, fund updates, studio webcasts and client events.
• Assist with event logistics, registrations, seating, and post-event follow-ups.
• Provide admin support for campaigns and business initiatives with attention to compliance.
