Job summary

Julius Baer invites you to join as part of our Asia Business Management team, providing business support to the Chief of Staff Asia. You will coordinate governance materials, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality information across the region.

The role exposes you to senior management and regional activities within a dynamic private banking environment, demanding proactive coordination and strong analytical thinking to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in business management, sales support, project coordination, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare management presentations and reports.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management meetings, committees, leadership forums, and business reviews, including agenda management and decks.
• Support preparation of management reports, updates, and executive presentations by consolidating information.
• Assist production of sales and business performance analyses and ad hoc reports.
• Act as central point of coordination for requests from senior management and ensure timely outputs.
• Maintain organizational charts and support smaller business initiatives and ad hoc tasks as priorities evolve.
