The Investment Support Specialist is a member of the Investment Campaigns & Communications (IC&C) team and shall endeavour to fulfil the ambitions defined and outlined for the team by Head Investment Campaigns & Communications. He/she shall ensure active risk management and meet all regulatory and internal compliance expectations relating to the role. The Investment Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the product, sales and communication initiatives of the Global Asset Class Specialists. Product recommendations and thematic ideas are disseminated across multiple channels and the core responsibilities of this role include supporting the coordination of the bi-weekly Morning Meeting Asia (MM Asia) and weekly Morning Meeting Middle East (MM ME). In addition, the incumbent will support the planning and execution of internal investment forums, fund update sessions, studio webcasts and video productions, and client events, including stakeholder coordination, event logistics and participant management. To be successful in the role, the incumbent will need to develop strong and highly effective relationships with the specialist, research, and investment teams. The incumbent will need to be task oriented with a keen eye for detail and be able to independently drive the tasks and deliver results. The incumbent also needs to focus continuously on process improvements to deliver the tasks and drive efficiency. The role reports to Head of Investment Campaigns & Communications based in Singapore.

YOUR CHALLENGE
  • People Management
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Asset Class Specialists and colleagues from Global Products & Solutions (GPS), Research, CIO, Marketing and Communications.
  • Client Management (internal)
  • Internal Forums coordination: Coordinate preparation calls, scheduling of online/offline sessions, consolidation of presentation materials and distribution of meeting summaries for the Bi-Weekly Morning Meeting Asia (MM Asia) and Weekly Morning Meeting Middle East (MM ME).
  • Support the end-to-end execution of onsite coordination including MM Asia and bi-weekly Global Advisory Committee, meeting setup, presenter support and stakeholder management to ensure a seamless participant experience.
  • Lunch & Learns and Fund Update Coordination: Coordinate and administer Lunch & Learn Sessions and Webex Fund Update Sessions, including training room bookings, Webex setup coordination, distribution list management, meeting invitations, participant tracking and catering arrangements with fund houses.
  • Client Event Support: Support the planning and execution of client events, including preparation and distribution of Expression of Interest (EOI) communications, event registration, seat allocation, attendee tracking, seating plans, stakeholder coordination and post-event administration. Ensure all event-related communications and documentation comply with Marketing Communications requirements and internal compliance standards.
  • Studio Support: Coordinate and support the delivery of webcasts and video productions in the studio including scheduling, studio equipment and meeting setup, presenter and participant coordination, material preparation, attendance tracking and general administrative support.
  • Campaign Support: Provide administrative support for investment campaigns and business initiatives, including printing and preparation of materials, scheduling training sessions, arranging logistics and supporting campaign-related activities as required.

  • Represent the Bank’s and shareholders’ interests at all times
  • Strong commercial judgement, business acumen and sound understanding of global investment industry, markets and products
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Regulatory Familiar with regulatory expectations and requirements Cross border rules and regulations
