The Business Manager is a key member of the Business Management (Asia & Middle East) team within the Global Products & Solutions (GPS) organisation and is responsible for providing business support. In this capacity, the primary responsibilities involve partnering with product teams on a range of business and operational matters, including trading and execution-related topics, new requirements, and enhancements. The role will lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects, bringing together relevant stakeholders to share requirements, drive alignment, and deliver business outcomes. The role also involves managing and coordinating various business management activities such as planning, forecasting, and tracking various KPIs (e.g. costs, FTEs, financial ambitions) as well as centralised financial reporting. The Business Manager reports to Head of Business Management (Asia & Middle East).
