Job summary

Acclime Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development hunter to identify and pursue cross-border corporate services opportunities across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

You will leverage your network and experience in outbound sales to build a robust pipeline and close new deals. The role requires 3–6 years of B2B sales, exceptional networking and negotiation skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate services.
• Strong hunter profile with proven new-business track record.
• Fluent English; proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region for cross-border corporate services.
• Develop outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and close new deals.
• Actively build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Collaborate with regional offices and service specialists to craft tailored solutions addressing client needs.
• Support the Group’s multi-jurisdictional deal targets.
