Zuellig Pharma in Singapore seeks a senior Trade Marketing leader to drive regional strategies and capabilities for Own Brands and partner agencies. You will build frameworks, lead JBPs with major retailers, and elevate in-store execution across markets.

You will coach regional teams, launch excellence, and develop pharmacist engagement programs while leveraging ezRx+ and data insights to accelerate growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–10 years in Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, or Commercial Excellence in CHC/FMCG.
• Proven ability to create new commercial capabilities, processes, and teams.
• Experience in multi-year JBPs with major retail accounts.
• Expertise in leveraging retail, shopper, and syndicated data for insights.
• Understanding of diverse retail channels in SEA (pharmacy, modern trade, e-commerce).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive trade excellence strategy focused on Own Brands and agency partners.
• Embed regional best-practice frameworks for trade marketing and sustained execution.
• Innovate trade marketing and demand generation programs using ezRx+ for online-to-offline experience.
• Establish ROI-based governance for trade spend to maximize growth.
• Lead regional Key Account Management framework with segmentation and JBPs for top retail partners.
• Coach regional sales and marketing teams in trade marketing and in-store execution.
• Deliver training modules to upskill country teams in commercial capabilities.
• Scale best practices across markets and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop pharmacist marketing strategies and engagement programs.
• Lead in-store and launch excellence for new product introductions, including merchandising and POS.
