Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder with 3-4 years of experience in business process improvement initiatives.
• Strong project life cycle experience in the Financial Services Industry is preferred, specifically in Consumer Banking Operations – Secured Lending & Payments Product Knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Process Analysis: Re-engineer end-to-end processes and review operations solutions to identify efficiency gains.
• Automation: Lead and implement the automation agenda to transform consumer banking operations.
• Requirements Management: Conduct requirement gathering workshops; review and document requirement artifacts, functional specifications, and process definition documents.
• Testing Coordination: Coordinate and ensure UAT test plans and test cases are executed strictly within the project schedule.
• Issue Management: Provide post-production support, review production issues, and track them through to final closure.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong alignment with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery.
