IDC TECHNOLOGIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support the transformation of our Corporate Digital Banking platform.

The role involves working closely with product owners to document new platform behaviour, collaborating with UX design and technology teams to shape the user experience and system design for corporate and SME customer journeys. Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital platforms, with at least 3 years in corporate/business banking.
Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements and user stories.
Strong ability to map processes and translate them into clear specifications.

Responsibilities

Work with Product Owners to define and document requirements for banking capabilities (accounts, payments, cash management, cards, trade finance, loans).
Develop business process flows and user journeys reflecting corporate client needs.
Collaborate with UX/UI to align designs with functional requirements and usability standards.
Translate business requirements into technical design with cross-functional teams.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature validation; contribute to UAT planning and acceptance criteria.
