Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking an Operations professional to join the Regional IBG Ops team. The role focuses on OAT product projects, GenerativeAI initiatives and ecosystem/platform partnerships from inception through implementation.

You will work with country operations, GTS and IBG teams to translate requirements into digitization strategies, develop test plans, and support end-user rollout with training materials. Strong PM skills and trade systems knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Proven track record in project management (waterfall or agile).
Knowledge of trade systems is advantageous as a user end/system perspective.
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, test strategy and test cases.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized and adaptable to changing priorities.
Able to work independently under strategic direction.

Responsibilities

Be a core member of Regional IBG Ops projects for OAT, GenerativeAI and Ecosystems/Platforms from inception to implementation.
Participate in cadence meetings with country ops, GTS and IBG teams to capture requirements.
Analyze requirements and draft user stories for operations digitization.
Collaborate with country ops, GTS, IBG RMs and tech teams on solutions and rollout.
Coordinate with country ops and regional test teams for test plans and validation.
Participate in UAT and manage concurrent project testing.
Create training materials and deliver sessions to country ops as part of rollout.
Analyze data via dashboards to track digital adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
