ShelfPerfect is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our Head of Sales in Singapore. You will fill the funnel, win and onboard local brands in Singapore and Hong Kong, and keep the sales engine running in a fast-growing startup.

You will manage outreach via LinkedIn and email, run discovery calls, close deals, and work with operations to deliver live campaigns. This hands-on role offers coaching from leadership and growth into a regional position.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in B2B sales, business development or account management in FMCG, retail, trade marketing or startup.
• A hustler who enjoys opening doors and looking after clients.
• Organised and reliable: you follow up, keep the CRM clean and don't let things slip.
• Comfortable with tools: CRM (Notion or similar), LinkedIn, outreach automation, AI tools, Google Workspace.
• Clear, confident communicator in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus for Hong Kong.
• Based in Singapore and able to travel to Hong Kong occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Grow the pipeline.
• Build and keep our lead database fresh for Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Run LinkedIn and email outreach tools and turn replies into meetings.
• Join inbound meetings, run discovery calls and close local brands yourself.
• Keep an eye on Google Ads performance every week.
• Win and onboard clients.
• Prepare proposals and contracts from templates.
• Collect client requirements and coordinate with operations to get them live.
• Run quarterly check-ins with clients using store data to show results and growth.
• Support operations lead on client requests.
• Own the CRM in Notion: keep leads, deals, clients and meetings up to date.
• Maintain sales deck, case studies and rate cards.
• Prepare weekly pipeline report and help build our sales playbook.
