Job summary

Peoplebank Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Admissions Manager to lead regional enrolment across SEA and UAE, champion a data-driven customer experience, and build capabilities within school Admissions teams.

You will set strategy, optimize end-to-end processes, collaborate with marketing, finance, and academics, and mentor managers to deliver high-quality outcomes, growth, and strong CRM data practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in admissions, sales and marketing.
• Experience in SEA or Middle East admissions plus CRM data analysis is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional enrolment strategy to meet targets across schools and grade levels.
• Lead data-driven enrollment management with regular reports on key metrics.
• Build and mentor School Admissions Managers to ensure high performance and data literacy.
• Standardize end-to-end admissions and enrollment processes across schools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Academic teams to align capacity, fees, and campaigns.
