Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking an experienced admissions professional to lead the end-to-end student admissions process for postgraduate programmes. You will advise applicants, coordinate counselling sessions, and partner with faculties to improve conversion and enrolment outcomes.

You will oversee the application lifecycle, scholarship information, and student pass handling, while coordinating with Deans and programme offices to ensure high service standards across regions.

Qualifications

• End-to-end admissions management experience including counselling, evaluation and offer administration.
• Knowledge of admissions policies, quality assurance and regulatory standards in higher education.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and student information systems to maintain data integrity.
• Experience with scholarship administration or financial aid processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Admission counselling for assigned schools, programme clusters and regions.
• Yield management to maximise offers, conversion events and follow-ups.
• Oversee application processing, document checks and offer issuance.
• Manage student passes and related administrative requirements.
• Collaborate with Deans, Academic Directors and programme offices to ensure alignment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
