Job summary

Constructor Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a proactive Student Recruitment Lead to develop and execute recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia.

You will target enrolments, achieve recruitment KPIs, and manage the applicant pipeline while representing the university at education fairs, webinars, school visits, and recruitment events. Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to support conversions, advise on programmes, admission requirements, scholarships, and student life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, business development, or education marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia.
• Achieve student enrolment targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, education agents, and pathway providers.
• Represent the university at education fairs, webinars, school visits, and recruitment events.
• Conduct presentations for students, parents, counsellors, and education partners.
• Advise prospective students on academic programmes, admission requirements, scholarships, and student life.
• Manage the applicant pipeline and follow up with prospective students throughout the admissions journey.
• Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support student conversion initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify recruitment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and student records within the CRM system.

• Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia.
