Job summary

eduCLaaS is seeking an Accounts Executive – Entity Finance to support day-to-day accounting for 3–5 entities across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. You will help maintain records, perform month-end close, and ensure accuracy of financial information.

You will collaborate with the Finance Manager and global finance teams to prepare schedules, assist with group reporting, tax compliance, and intercompany reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience in multi-entity or regional environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with statutory audits and payroll-related finance activities is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems; familiarity with Power BI or Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting for 3–5 entities including GL maintenance and reconciliations.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing with documentation.
• Prepare entity-level financial reports: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Support tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax compliance and statutory submissions.
• Assist intercompany accounting and working capital reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and service providers.
