Job summary

CLaaS2SaaS in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive – Entity Finance to support day-to-day accounting for 3–5 entities across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, ensuring accurate ledgers, timely month-end close and compliant reporting.

You will work with the Finance Manager and global controllers to maintain intercompany records, tax compliance and payroll-related finance tasks, while driving process improvements with Power BI and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably multi-entity.
• Good working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Experience with AP/AR, intercompany accounting and tax requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools is an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised, able to manage multiple entities and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Entity Accounting & Financial Closing: maintain GL, journals, accruals, reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: prepare entity-level schedules and group reporting support.
• Revenue & Cost Accounting: ensure accurate revenue/cost recording and reconciliations.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: support tax submissions and coordination with advisers.
• Accounts Payable, Receivable & Working Capital: monitor balances and payments.
• Intercompany Accounting: perform reconciliations and intercompany documentation.
• Audit & Statutory Reporting: assist with audits and statutory reporting.
• Budgeting & Financial Analysis: support budgeting and variance analysis.
• Payroll Finance Support: coordinate with People Operations on payroll-finance tasks.
• Finance Controls & Process Improvement: uphold controls and automate/report improvements.
