Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the group accounting function, ensure timely month‑end closes, and prepare management reports for subsidiaries.

You will coordinate budgeting and forecasting, liaise with outsourced accountants, company secretaries, auditors and tax consultants, and ensure compliance with Head Office policies.

This role offers regional exposure and a hands‑on leadership opportunity within a dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

• Review subsidiaries’ monthly accounts, reporting packages and tax filing documents, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing and tax submissions.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare key financial reports for management review.
• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities and provide guidance to team members as required.
• Monitor subsidiaries’ cash flows and capital requirements.
• Provide accounting guidance and support to local and regional subsidiaries on accounting-related matters.
• Prepare drafts of statutory financial statements.
• Liaise with outsourced accountants, company secretaries, auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Coordinate the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with Head Office accounting policies, guidelines and internal control procedures.
• Assist with other finance-related matters as required.
