Job summary

Singapore Refining Company Private Limited on Jurong Island seeks a Maintenance Team Lead to supervise technicians and contractors in refinery maintenance activities. You will ensure preventive maintenance is performed as planned, monitor critical equipment, perform failure analyses and implement reliability improvements.

Responsibilities include developing work plans, evaluating contractors, scheduling maintenance with cost control, updating equipment data, and conducting safety training.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in maintenance of plant equipment.
• Fresh graduates can be considered for entry-level position.
• Good knowledge of computerized systems for routine and TAR maintenance; SAP/Primavera exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of technicians and manage contractors in the execution of refinery maintenance activities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as planned, monitor progress and performance of critical equipment and conduct failure analysis and implement recommendations for reliability improvement.
• Develop and implement work plans, including purchase requisitions, selection/evaluation of contractors, as well as maintenance activities scheduling and costing.
• Supervise, audit and carry out timely updates of equipment data & maintenance information.
• Develop and conduct Risk Assessments, safety training, work procedures etc.
• Participate in project review to identify maintenance aspects/impact on project.
